Why are some new releases not yet available
in my local retail store?
Not all EMI/Virgin Classics companies around the world release new
titles as soon as they become available. Each company releases CDs
on a date appropriate to its local market and this can sometimes
be several months after the title is first released in its 'patron'
market. This is an international site and as such aims to publicise
Virgin Classics releases once they are available to consumers in
most, if not all, of the major international markets.
Can I buy direct from the website?
Not yet, but this facility may be available in the future.
The CD that I have bought is faulty. Will you replace it?
Please take the CD back to the retailer from whom it was purchased.
The retailer should be able to exchange it for a correct CD and
will check that the rest of the stock has not been affected.
